Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order online as normal and we can still deliver as normal. However there are some slight delays to our usual delivery speeds, so please add 2-4 days to your expected delivery date. Our shipping and delivery information can be found here.
What precautions are your warehouse/couriers taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Health and safety is our number one priority. In our warehouse, we've increased our hygiene regimes to ensure that handwashing and cleaning are much more frequent, and we have reduced the number of people working together and are monitoring staff health on a daily basis. All of our couriers are attempting where possible to offer no-contact deliveries, and will refrain from coming into your home during this time.
Do you have a no-contact delivery process in place?
Yes we do. All of our couriers have the ability to deliver with no contact. Simply let them know that you wish for this to happen when they arrive at your address.
Some items are out of stock. When will they be back?
We're working as hard as possible to get our out of stock items back on the production line. Some of this will depend on circumstances out of our control. But rest assured that we're doing everything we can to maintain our stock levels.
