We are currently shipping to UK (including Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal and USA.
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) - Free over £50
- For all orders under £50, UK shipping is a flat rate of £5.
- We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.
- We also offer a £10 premium next working day delivery by DPD on orders placed by 12pm Mon-Fri only, excluding bank holidays (mainland UK only - not available in NI).
- We offer tracked UK shipping on all orders.
USA - Free over $100
- All orders to USA are sent via DHL which is an express tracked service.
- For orders under $100, USA shipping is a flat rate of $15.
- Delivery time: 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.
- We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.
- Occasionally there are short delays in shipping that are beyond our control.
- Orders under the value of $800 USD will not be subject to any additional tax or duties.
Republic of Ireland - Free over €60
- All orders are delivered via Anpost and shipped from within Ireland.
- For all orders under €60, Ireland shipping is a flat rate of €6.
- All customs and duties charges are included within our prices.

- We offer tracked shipping on all orders.
Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal - Free over €70
- All orders are delivered via UPS.
- For all orders under €70, shipping is a flat rate of €10.
- All customs and duties charges are included within our prices.
- We aim to deliver your order 5 working days after payment has been processed.
- We offer tracked shipping on all orders.
International Delivery
- If your country isn't listed above, this means we are not yet shipping to your location.
- If you are located outside of the EU you may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
- We hope that you will be happy with you order. If for any reason you have to return your item, please email hello@onlycurls.com within 30 days.
- We do not accept returns on used products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
